- Agree that __% (as per below) of the Takaful contribution shall be donated as Tabarru’ into the Takaful Fund to help other eligible participants.
- Agree to appoint TBK as Wakeel (agent) and apportion to TBK __% (as per below) of the Takaful contribution as a Wakalah (agent) Fee to administer, manage, invest and distribute the Takaful Fund to other participants in times of misfortune. I/We hereby also agree to give a fee from the surplus of the Takaful Fund (if any) to TBK at a percentage as approved by the Shariah Advisory Body of TBK.
- Agree that the underwriting surplus arising from the said fund, if any, shall be managed by TBK in a manner deemed fit by TBK and accordance to Shariah principles which shall give benefits to the participants and the Takaful Fund.
- Agree that the underwriting surplus will only be distributed as hibah (gift) upon renewal of this Takaful Certificate provided that you have not incurred any claim and received any benefit whilst it is in force.
- Agree that if this Takaful Certificate is not renewed, there shall be no underwriting surplus entitled and it shall, be donated as Tabarru’ in the Takaful fund for the benefits of the participants and the Takaful fund itself.
